Today in spite of the turmoil in my home caused by my husbands illness I felt a wonderful sense of Love for My Self :)  I checked in on what I wanted for breakfast and mindfully went through the process of fixing waffles with pure maple syup and pouring a glass of chocolate almond milk.  I chose to sit outside on the porch and was soon enjoying my breakfast in the breeze...along with our two chickens and two cats!  Watching them try to figure out how to jump into my lap to share my breakfast…
